David Crossley died aged 47 years on the 25th november 1989. David worked for Leeds City Council for nearly 30 years before becoming publican of The White Lion public house, Castleford. Born 16th September 1942 in Bottomboat, Stanley, Wakefield. Only son of Norman and Elsie and brother to Norma. Husband to Linda (nee Gent) and father to Lee, Beverley, Lindsay and Daniel. After a long fight against stomach cancer. Greatly missed by all his children and missed out on knowing his grand-children. Definately gone too soon xxxx
